4 Mar 1999	Mammon and Moloch, together, come to Belial and demand that he share his newfound discovery of 'Earthblood' with them. Belial refuses. Mammon and Moloch declare war.
5 Mar 1999	The mobilization begins, as forces on all sides move into place to prepare for battle.
7 Mar 1999	Probable date for starting the war. The war could start as late as the 9th, on the tail of Council, instead; to be decided.

Mammon is currently maintaining a war coordination document to keep things straight for the war effort.
