As sensual as a razor, as dangerous as a dream, Duke Chemos' eyes flicker like the afterglow of rape. If sex has a taste, it lingers in the beads of sweat curling on his skin. If danger knows form, it drapes itself on his grinning lips.

Duke Chemos is the male complement to Princess Lilith as the creator of a branch of the Cubi. He makes his abode in the Ebon Phallus, a tower in Haa-Yawen which, if stories are correct, is the site of unspeakable acts of depravity.

Chemos is also the head of the Brotherhood, an organization bent on setting the Damned in their place.

If Mammon is the Duke Harkonnen of the setting of Hell, Chemos is is Feyd; there is clearly some sort of relationship between the Prince of Excess and his pet Incubus, but it's not one which many have the stomach to think about.
